A globalization strategy for technology drives a leap forward in the quality of domestically produced food equipment.
The development history of the food processing industry has been a continuous process of innovation and improvement. In the future, as technology advances and social demands rise, the food processing industry will continue to evolve toward greater efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Since its establishment in 2005, Shishun Machinery has positioned “technological internationalization” as a core strategy. The company has set up a dedicated technology benchmarking team that continuously monitors cutting-edge developments at leading international manufacturers such as Germany’s Krones and Sweden’s Tetra Pak, and achieves technological upgrades through three key approaches:
① Introducing key components such as Swiss precision temperature sensors and Italian hydraulic transmission systems;
② Optimize equipment structure by complying with the EU EN1672 hygienic design standard for digestion and absorption;
③ Jointly develop an AI-based self-learning model for sterilization parameters with Jiangnan University.
To date, we have completed 12 generations of product iterations, achieving a sterilization uniformity error of no more than ±0.5℃ and extending the equipment’s service life beyond 100,000 hours. Our products are now exported to 20 countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions, using our strong technological capabilities to reshape overseas perceptions of “Chinese equipment as low-end.”
