Pasteurization Equipment: A Critical Line of Defense for Ensuring the Safety of Convenient Foods


Addressing the high safety requirements of the convenience food and pre-prepared meal industries, Shishun has developed a comprehensive pasteurization production line that integrates four key modules: pre-cleaning, precise sterilization, recirculating cooling, and high-speed air drying. The production line features a PLC-based precision temperature-control system that effectively eliminates pathogens such as Listeria and Salmonella—achieving a kill rate of up to 99.999%—while preserving food flavor and nutritional value through a multi-stage, gentle thermal processing technique. The entire line is equipped with an intelligent CIP self-cleaning system, paired with food-grade 304 stainless steel materials and seamless welding technology, effectively preventing secondary contamination. Measured data shows that the equipment’s energy consumption is 35% lower than that of conventional models, and the packaging damage rate has been reduced to just 0.2%. This solution provides HACCP-compliant safety assurance for leading companies in the industry, such as Sanquan and Sinan.
