High-end sterilization equipment has become a must-have for food companies.
As public awareness of health continues to rise, the convenience food industry is undergoing a quality revolution. According to an industry report from 2023, 76% of consumers cite “sterilization technology” as the primary factor influencing their purchasing decisions. A recent survey by Shishun found that traditional steam sterilization suffers from significant drawbacks, including high energy consumption and substantial thermal damage. To address these challenges, we have innovatively introduced:

The three types of technologies cover a variety of applications, ranging from liquid milk to ready-to-eat meat products. Among them, the composite sterilization technology has been granted a national invention patent (ZL2023XXXXXX.X). In field tests conducted at a large pre-prepared meal factory in Shandong, the daily processing capacity per production line increased to 15 tons, while unit energy consumption costs dropped by 40%, and the pass rate for total colony counts reached 100%. Shishun is leveraging technological innovation to support the high-quality development of China’s food industry.
