Product Description
This frying production line features a hybrid oil-water filtration system for removing residues, equipped with either a full-oil longitudinal scraper or a lateral scraper system, and incorporates variable-frequency speed control. During the frying process, the residue from fried products settles into the water beneath the oil tank, preventing carbonization. The residue can then be discharged along with wastewater via a drain valve. Meanwhile, the substantial amount of edible oil contained in the residue is separated from the water and returned to the oil layer. As a result, not only is the service life of the edible oil significantly extended and oil consumption reduced—leading to remarkable energy savings—but also the fried foods exhibit superior color, richer aroma, improved texture, and a cleaner, more appealing appearance. This equipment is also fitted with a lifting mechanism that allows the conveyor belt to be raised to an optimal height, greatly facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The device is suitable for users whose frying times range from 15 seconds to 8 minutes. Following technical upgrades, this equipment can be adapted to various energy sources, meeting diverse user needs. It is particularly well-suited for large, medium, and small-sized enterprises.
