Steam type

Key features: Steam is used directly as the sterilization medium. (1) The sterilizer employs a bottom-inlet steam system to expel cold air from the chamber; (2) A diaphragm valve precisely controls the amount of steam injected at the bottom, while simultaneously opening the large vent at the top to remove any remaining cold air; (3) During the heating phase, a diaphragm valve accurately regulates the steam flow into the sterilizer, ensuring that the chamber temperature reaches the preset sterilization temperature; (4) In the sterilization phase, automatic valves precisely control both the chamber temperature and pressure; (5) Cooling water is pumped into the sterilizer via a chilled-water pump, thereby cooling both the water inside the chamber and the product.

Scope of Application

Metal containers: iron cans (such as canned luncheon meat and canned fish); flexible packaging bags: aluminum foil bags, high-temperature bags (lightweight); glass containers: not recommended; plastic containers: PP bottles are not recommended. Sterilize medical waste, edible mushrooms, wood, soil, and other similar materials.
