When using the electric heating function of a sandwich maker, the limitations are relatively few. As long as you have a three-phase power supply, you can use it without any issues. The electric heating process is slower than steam heating, and once the heat-transfer oil cools down, its temperature also decreases more gradually. This makes it particularly well-suited for preserving the warmth of braised dishes and congee that require keeping at a warm temperature.
Gas heating is not very convenient for power supply and has relatively low power output, making it less suitable for manufacturers purchasing boilers. Gas heating comes in two main types: one directly heats the pot body—this method is ideal for foods that don't tend to stick; the other uses thermal oil as a heat transfer medium, offering even heating and reducing the likelihood of food sticking.
This cooking pot features a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heat distribution, short boiling time for liquid materials, and easy control of the heating temperature.
The inner pot (inner liner) of the cooker is made from austenitic stainless steel that is acid-resistant and heat-resistant. It is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve, features an attractive appearance, is easy to install, simple to operate, and safe and reliable.
It is widely used in food processing fields such as confectionery, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, cakes, beverages, honey processing, and canned foods. In addition, it can also be employed in large-scale restaurants or cafeterias for preparing soups, cooked dishes, braised pork, and porridges.
